My jewelry is made made of flameworked soft and/or borosilicate glass. The material it is attached to varies and if known will be listed in the description of the item.

Yes! All of my work is handmade by me (pun intended with HAN MADE). Because of this, none of my pieces are identical and my glass beads sometimes vary in color/size from the photo posted on the website. In other words, the piece you order is unique to you!

☆ STORAGE: It’s best to keep the jewelry in a secure, cushioned jewelry box by itself. Avoid hanging the jewelry on a stand or holder.

☆ CLEANING: Gently rub the glass with a microfiber cloth or similarly soft fabric. If needed, rubbing alcohol can be used in small amounts to gently wipe the glass down.

☆ AVOID: Soft glass will shatter in a direct flame, so avoid heating any of the glass. Remove before showering, swimming, putting on lotion/perfume, sunbathing, changing clothes, and going to sleep.

To wash your crochet, gently hand wash with cold water and a soft detergent. DO NOT ring the crochet to dry as that can ruin the stitching. Instead, gently roll the piece into a towel and press the water out. Lay out flat to dry + out of the sun.

Most items are made upon order, so you should expect the pieces in 2-4 weeks unless told otherwise. You will receive an email once your item is shipped.

I accept returns on items up to 60 days after purchase with a full refund or exchange. After 60 days, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read below for options:

✩ IF THE GLASS BREAKS WITHIN 60 DAYS: Full refund OR exchange for the same or new item. *requires photo evidence

✩ IF THE PIECE OF THE JEWELRY BREAKS (NOT THE GLASS) WITHIN 60 DAYS: I can fix the piece and with free shipping & handling OR I can issue a refund with item shipped back to me (free of cost). *requires photo evidence

✩ UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PIECE: I will accept a return OR can offer an exchange of items within 60 days; buyer is responsible for shipping in either of these cases.
